Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

For Domestic Buyers-
Free shipping is available for some of the products.
Whether shipping is free or not?
At the time of checkout, Customers can look for it (at the bottom of the page).
Shipping charges vary depending upon the weight and distance of the delivery address. The exact charges will be shown on the checkout page.
Where the customers willing to take their parcels themselves, shall choose the option to ‘collect from the shop’. Once this option is selected, shipping charges will be shown as zero.
For International Buyers-
Unfortunately, we cannot provide free shipping to our international buyers.
However, if the buyer willing to purchase multiple products may request us for free shipping via our registered email id- info@theamida.com .Such request shall be sent before making any purchase.
Kindly note free shipping is at the discretion of the handling team.

Japan, Taiwan, South-Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Sri-Lanka, Indonesia ,Malaysia, China, Hong-kong ,France, Spain, Mexico, Great Britain ,Mongolia, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Russia
Note- Customers from the rest of the world may make an inquiry with us regarding shipping to their country. Specific shipping rates will be provided to them and once they agreed to the prevailing shipping charges, we will inform them about how they can place any order with us?
Order Processing Time
All Orders are processed and dispatched after 2 days of receiving orders. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery time & Delivery Address
For Domestic Buyers-Delivery time varies from 4-7 days.
For International Buyers-Delivery time varies from 15-20 days.
Please note the exact date of delivery can be seen by tracking the order on the carrier’s website.
the delivery address cannot be modified in case, it is incorrectly entered in the address box.However, if the customer get in touch with us before dispatching the product to the shipper.We will rectify the delivery address from the back end.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customer are responsible for paying those fees.
We recommend our international buyers to check with local customs office to know the import duties and taxes of their countries before placing an order on our website. Sometimes, these fees may be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
