Cancellations & Returns

 

We take great endeavor to satisfy our customer demands and we are always ready to move ahead, if necessary, to achieve this goal.

Payment

We accept American Express,Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.We also accept direct bank transfers. Sculptures are shipped once the payment is received.

Cancellations and refunds

Any product cancellation received, within 48 hours of receiving orders will be considered as cancelled and Customers will get a refund for the cancellations made.

Afterwards, Cancellations will not be accepted.

 

Returns

 

For Domestic buyers,

No return and refund request will be accepted after 7 days of receiving the product.However,request for exchange will be accepted, if received within 14 days of product delivered to the customers or if there is an unlikely event of damage during shipping. Customers shall inform us instantly and do not accept such parcels.

There will  not be any refund of shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. Kindly note, customers have to bear the shipping charges for Exchange or return of products.

 

For International buyers,

Kindly, do not accept the parcel if they have been tampered or broken. Once the parcel is accepted and if, any issue regarding the dissimilarity of the product appears,  customers shall inform us within 48 hrs of receiving the product at the doorstep. No exchange or return will be processed if such information is not received within 48 hrs. Please note, exchange or return fee is applicable and will be charged based on the prevailing shipping charges.

Please note, exchange of product is subject to stock availability.

A surcharge of 4% of total purchase will be deducted on returns.

The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Amida Emporium or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer returns the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to our India address.
